How to order?

Two steps:

1. Send an email to order @ flyingskull-metal.de and tell us what you want. Please don't forget your exact address!

2. A registered and verified PayPal account is necessary! Please transfer the full amount (incl. shipping costs) in advance to the account flyingskull @ arcor.de.
As soon as the amount is credited to our account the order will be processed. We only accept Euro!

Contract conditions

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR, €), except otherwise noticed, and are valid for one CD-R or shirt. For multiple copies in an order other conditions apply.

All prices are fixed only until our next update. Because small businesses regulation (Section 19 para 1 german sales tax law - UStG -) no sales tax is accounted.

Orders are obligatory.

Ordered CD-Rs an shirts are reserved for a maximum of 14 days. Essential is the date of your pament.

CD-Rs and shirts are subject to availability ("first come, first serve").

A contract is considered concluded only after a written confirmation by the seller addressed to the buyer and buyer accepts these terms and condition of trade automatically.

Items sold will remain the seller's property until completion of payment.

Delay of delivery may not be considered for breach of contract and may not be the reason for any form of compensation.

Seller is responsible only in case of intentional or grossly negligent procedure.

Delivery will be made as quickly as possible via Deutsche Post / DHL.
